Is check-in self-service?
Yes. Every apartment has a keyless lockbox, so you arrive on your own schedule, day or night. The code is sent the morning of your check-in.
Is parking included?
Only the High-Ceiling apartment includes a free private parking space. Everywhere else, free street parking is easy on the side streets, especially after 18:00 and on Sundays.
Is there a lift?
Some buildings have one, some do not. The Crvena Voda 11 building (Bright & Light, Pop Art, The Duplex) and Top Stay have lifts. The Parkside building on Orce Nikolov is one or two flights of stairs, no lift.
Are pets allowed?
Case by case. Mention your pet in the inquiry note and Sofija will confirm for the apartment you want.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
Fast fibre in every apartment, 100 Mbps symmetric. Video calls hold without trouble, and five of the eight flats have a desk if you are working.
Is breakfast included?
No. Every apartment has a real espresso machine, and there is a 24/7 bakery within a short walk of most of them.
Is there a cleaning fee?
No automatic fee. The nightly rate is all-in: linen, towels, utilities, and Wi-Fi are included, with no platform markup, and nothing is added when you check out. Additional cleaning is available on request for €20.
Can you arrange airport pickup?
Yes. We offer a door-to-door airport pickup for a flat €30, day or night. Send Sofija your flight details in the inquiry and she arranges it; the airport is about 25 minutes from the apartments.
Can I book by the month?
Yes. Stays of 30 nights or more get a quoted monthly rate. Ask in the inquiry note and Sofija will send the figure.
Can I book several apartments at once?
Yes. Group stays across multiple apartments are supported by direct inquiry. Tell us the dates and party size and we will quote the set.
